Thursday, March 1, 2007 - Pale yellow. Aroma of pear, orange, crushed stone, and a touch of honey. On the palate the wine is so powerful, with a oh-so refreshing acidity, which was unexpectedly as this was my first time to taste Spaetlese German wine not from Southern region as a dry version. Long finish. Very nice compliment to the Thai dinner we had. And of course, the bottle was drunk up real fast.
