Friday, March 8, 2013 - 1st taste was of violets, followed by lilacs, lavender, slight minerals, delicate, round, soft mouth feel, luxurious, ate with home made gravlax, hummus, taramasalata, boiled eggs, and veggies, as meal lingered and wine warmed a bit, more rose petals emerged, then white grapes and a mouth feel of candy floss melting, not too sweet or perfumed, subtle and surprising as blueberry notes came after some Meyer lemon slices with water, wow so many tasting notes, Vive la France!
