Sunday, March 16, 2014 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for 1.5 hours. Bouquet of red cherry, wild berries, forest floor, cedar and spice. Red and black fruit core of cherry and berries with spice notes and soft, fine tannins. Leads to a long, smooth finish. A fruit forward style of Pinot. Medium to full bodied. Paired with pork chops and a cherry and port wine sauce.
