Tuesday, September 10, 2013 - - Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of cedar and cherry. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of cherry, black currant and raspberry with a medium/full body. Leathery texture with a medium finish - Nice wine. Nose is dried fruit with a hint of resin, maybe cedar. Medium balance with nice velvety texture on the mid-palette. Dried cherry prevalent. Somewhat short on the finish. Goes nicely with salmon with a bourbon sauce.
