Wednesday, May 25, 2011 - Dark garnet purple, almost black. Very open knit bouquet of youthfully bright red and dark berry candied aromas with smoke and wood notes in the background. Slightly tangy, dark berry liquer like flavors on the palate, ending with a moderate tannic finish.
