Friday, October 28, 2011 - beautifully golden colour, some small bubbles in a very limited number. nose: some flowers plus pineapple and quince. rather round and balanced. taste: complex but with quince as main flavour with this characteristc a little bit bitter finish. Accidity limited. Some chalky texture. Great.
