Friday, February 8, 2013 - Open for about 4 hrs - interesting mix of blackberry, black cherry, cigar box, and dried herb. On the palate, dark black fruit with a hint of black tea and maybe some pepper. Nice balance. This has gotten much better over time. I would still wait longer on remaining bottles.
