Sunday, November 20, 2011 - Starter course, with apple/lettuce salad.
Clear (almost sparkling) light gold. Nvery nice nose, a bit of citrus and a bit of floral.
Smooth lovely fruit, enough acid to balance.
This is a wine which makes a case for what California Chard can be.
