Community Tasting Note

Saturday, December 19, 2015 - I have zero experience w/aged champagne, but this was excellent. My rookie remberances were the bubbles seemed to be very small, thus they didn't attack my tongue like newer bubblies can with their energetic effervescence. The oft-noted flavor of toast was present with probably secondary type of profile. It was off-dry. We split it between 6 people so there certainly wasn't enough for a longer tasting. 2 of the 6 people said it was their best champagne ever (and it wasn't a young crowd). All-in-all, it was a great tasting, attractive QPR, and I would buy moreto gain further experience with it and aged champagne. Thanks, (D)Paul!
