Saturday, February 4, 2023 - Ruby red with bricking. Initially a blast of floral red berries with baking spice aromas that settles to show licorice and hint of earth. Lush and silky palate shows bitter-sweet licorice laced red berry preserves, lowish acidity and a warm spicy finish. This did not show any roasted quality to the fruit but does show the alcohol on the finish.
