Friday, July 19, 2013 - Yellow/gold colour. Gorgeous nose of lemon curd backed up with a hint of caramel. Full body, mild acidity, smooth palate. Terrific balance allows the intensity of the flavours not to be overwhelming. Secondary nuances of age show up since the bottle I had last year. This is one of the few New World Chardonnays that merits longer term cellaring. Outstanding.
