Sunday, May 24, 2015 - Still kicking after all these years. The fruit was quite diminished but there remained interesting notes of herbs and white pepper. thin upon opening...I hadn't planned to serve it and it was pop and pour from the cellar. As it warmed and opened it took on weight and was very pleasurable.
