Tuesday, December 29, 2015 - PnP. The wine started a bit austere but evened out with an hour of air. Presented in a very classical style, the wine was well balanced with good freshness and finely grained tannins. Tannic spine still rather prominent. It's currently in the sweet spot of having the complexity of a range of tertiary characteristics while still having just enough fruit to keep things enjoyable. At peak now but I wouldn't hold on too much longer to this as the fruit is starting to fade.
