Tuesday, April 7, 2020 - Purchased in secondary market, but turned out to be in good condition. Visually presented as an aged wine, but I would not have guessed 80's. Nose was sweet cassis, dry pine, white pepper. A very well balanced wine with plenty of red and blue fruit, cedar, tobacco, along with moderate acidity and structure. My bottle was drinking great but felt a little flabby going into the finish. I would say drink now, but perfect bottles probably have many years left.
