Saturday, October 10, 2020 - The las cases 88 is still surprisingly fresh and vibrant for a 32 year old wine displaying aromatics of tobacco, cigar, bay leaves and cassis. Fine and vivid acidity on the entry followed by blue and red cassis fruits, spices, slate, leather, tobacco and drying tannins on the finish. This is still going strong and will last for several more years to come.
