Saturday, October 13, 2018 - The nose is relatively muted, with notes of stewed apples and warm pecans. The palate has evolved with most of the crisp fruit being replaced by stewed notes. The acidity on the finish has also subsided quite a bit with just enough remaining to keep this wine honest. Drink now and no later.
