Saturday, January 14, 2017 - Enjoyed over the course of a two hour dinner. A beautiful melange of citrus, white peach and honey with a delicate floral aroma. The finish was unctuous without being obtrusive. A hint of spice on the finish just allows it to linger on the palate. The only unfortunate part of the evening was recalling at the end of the meal that this was my one and only bottle.
