Saturday, January 26, 2013 - Bright yellow in glass. Nose of slight tropical fruit, touch of lime and minerals. Light bodied. Quite austere and doesnt give up much on the palate. Slight tropical fruits with a little lime. The acid is a touch overbearing at the moment and may require time. This wine may soften with time.
