Tuesday, May 5, 2015 - Golden brown color. This has the characteristic mature Riesling nose of petrol, as well as the richer honey and apricot flavors associated with aged Sauternes. Viscous and mouth-coating, this is a standalone dessert requiring no accompaniment. Optimally mature, this should be enjoyed now.
