Wednesday, August 1, 2018 - Loirefan is spot on. This is drinking exceptionally well. The effervescent noted by others is evaporated. I too noted this phenomenon in earlier bottles. This is a lovely Pinot with lots to appreciate. Superb length on the finish. It just needed a little time. Enjoy!
