Thursday, March 14, 2019 - Super Syrah Night (Casa Tomek): The most ready to drink of all the wines we had tonight. Tree bark, blackberry and some asphalt on the nose. Well integrated and balanced in the mouth, incredibly no noticeable heat despite 15% alc (amazing!). Wonderful rich, spicy finish that went on and on. In a great window right now and should maintain peak drinking for 5+ years. Really delicious!
