Full-bodied, not quite as tannic as those oak aromas might lead you to expect; and in fact does retain a touch of authentic cabernet herbacousness about the flavours. But that vanilla is everywhere… Leave it, in the hope it will come together and mature. But I think even Wynns have toned down the oak in more recent vintages.
