Tuesday, January 16, 2018 - A beautiful bottle still with plenty of fruit and spice left. Drank great out of the gate with smoked meats, BlackBerry, and pepper spice, and held together with a balanced acid and integrated tannin spine. I’m sure it will hold up for a few more years but drinking in its prime now.
