Friday, November 16, 2012 - Nose of bonox, white pepper and marmalade. Surprisingly substantial body of dried cherries, wood bark and licorice although there does seem to be some dead fruit in there. Short finish of blueberries, bitter chocolate and charcoal. This may benefit from some ageing.
