Saturday, March 4, 2023 - In a great place right now. Golden hue in color - notes of perfectly ripened apples, a little toastiness and some secondary notes. Fresh and focused and a long finish. Elegance personified in a glass of champagne. Wonderful pairing with fluke crudo, pan roasted sablefish, seared scallops and cod.

Held this bottle for 10 years and we savored every sip of it.
