Wednesday, June 2, 2021 - Medium garnet, brown edges. Bright, elegant earthy cherry and green herb nose. Seems young in some ways. Dry resolved earthy cherry flavours and a dry evolved finish.
From a magnum. The nose was still lively but the finish was starting to turn to the acid side. Great showing.
