Friday, March 9, 2012 - Nice on the mid-palate, but too much heat on the finish. However, the finish after the heat was enjoyable. Appropriate amount of tannins for a Nebbiolo. Not much complexity. Nice for a California Nebbiolo, but not up to the standards of Piedmont.
