Sunday, January 24, 2010 - Pale yellow color. Apples, ripe pears, peaches with minerals. Gala apples, lime, grapefruit, pears and peaches with an undergirding of minerals. Really nice long finish. Great acidity and some residual sugar. Nice balance of sweetness and acidity and minerality. On sale at K&L for $10. Pure steal!
