Saturday, October 2, 2010 - Awesome Zin! Self-styled by its label as "opulent & exotic," which is a good summation. A little light on acidity, but appreciable tannis give the finish some nice grip. All told, it's an unctuous, spicy, hedonistic explosion of peppery/brambly fruit. Worth every penny. [15.3% abv.; $34.00].
