Monday, December 30, 2013 - Man, some tough CT critics of this bottle. I thought it was a winner that evolved beautifully in the glass. Followed over a few hours. Rich, creamy mousse. Baked bread, raisin, green apple, rhubarb, flower petals and lemon zest. After an hour or so, started to pick up nuttiness and burnt coffee grounds. Later still, sweet ripe apple and other sweet fruit dominated. A treat.
