Saturday, June 19, 2021 - Honey, toasted sesame oil and soy sauce on the nose-really!
Good colour very little bricking.
Teryaki steak and peppercorns on the initial palate.
Finish is short but the spice lingers and there’s nothing thin or off putting after.
As indicated below, quite a nice ongoing surprise.
A few bottles remain.
