Monday, March 24, 2014 - Deep ruby color in the glass with fast-running medium-spaced legs. Nose of cherry, plum, cedar and cinnamon. Somewhat thin yet manages a lush mouthfeel with medium-bodied richness.
Palate follows nose with cherry, plum, cassis, leather, oak and cinnamon. Velvety tannins on the medium finish. Plenty of life left in this and may still be improving. Will save my last bottle for at least another year.
