Monday, November 30, 2009 - This was so attractive. A little tight in the beginning, but opened up with time in the glass. Very evolved nose of raisins, tea, truffles and soft fruits. Delicate and elegant. A little dent in the mid palate (I was just being too picky), it did went downhill after about 1-2 hrs, but it was a wonderful treat while it last.
