Tuesday, June 11, 2013 - My second bottle that had a wet cork. Upon opening the wine had distinctively mature color (light garnet with brick rim) and aromas (a bit bretty, earthy). I kept it one night vacuumed in the fridge. The next day the wine was better and tasted like a fully mature burgundy, still earthy in style but now with crisp acidity and enough red fruit present to balance its earthy side. Nice and complex. Still not sure this bottle is fully representative.
