Friday, June 17, 2016 - Brought to Tapas177 for dinner. This is a good solid cab. Lots of dark fruit, adequate acidity, and still a little bit of tannic bite. This is somewhat one-dimensional but that dimension is good. I think this still has several years to go and hopefully it will develop a bit more complexity with time.
