Wednesday, December 6, 2017 - The nose was dark yet still very pretty with notes of crushed cherry, dried roses, sweet spice, and dusty soil. On the palate, I found soft, saturating tastures contrasted by juicy acidity, tart berry and savory herbs. It finished on medium-length, residual acid liveliness and dark red berry fruit. It’s mature, past its prime, yet still drinking very well.
