Saturday, January 23, 2016 - Not sure of the various 08's listed here if this is exactly what I tasted but it was estate stainless steel. The nose is lovely with a barnyard/earthy note initially followed by raspberry. The flavors are mostly red fruit with a light mid-palate and some earth on the finish. Integrated acid/tannins add structure. The cab franc grape shows what it can do in Ohio with this wine, and it's drinking quite well at 8 years old.
