Wednesday, October 4, 2006 - Pegau Vertical (Larsa's Mediterranean Restaurant - Skokie, IL): Gold in color with a nose of fresh white fruits, boytris and some orange peel. Palate has a sexy texture and shows honey, caramel, brown sugar and spice. Rich, medium bodied with a lively underlying structure that keeps it light-on-its-feet.
