Tuesday, December 22, 2015 - Opened yesterday. Today it's drinking beautifully. Drinking it in Gravner's own hand-blown goblet/glass. Super soft with the lightest, tightest acidity. Butterscotch, cream, almondy bitterness. Slight oxidation is more on the nose. There's no way I can stop myself from drinking the entire bottle tonight.
