Tuesday, November 7, 2023 - This wine is really drinking nicely now. It still has some forward tannins. The first nose wasn’t great but it really developed after five minutes in the glass. I think it would benefit from decanting for aeration and because of substantial sediment. This wine will keep drinking nicely for another few years. It’s very Pax-ish.
