Saturday, October 29, 2011 - Bottle breathed for 2 hours. Drank over 4 hours.

Nose: Sandalwood, earth tones, tempranillo notes. Nice and complex, almost popourri-like but with a nice core of matured red fruit.

Tase: The flavours were all very nicely integrated together. Fruit, oak, secondaries, tannins, acid. Very harmonious and well done. Went deliciously with a host of chinese dishes.
