Community Tasting Note

Saturday, December 29, 2012 - Decanted for 3 hours before writing tasting note (did not get to enjoy wine with a meal as it was shared with friends).

Darker red than expected for a wine with 11 years of age. On nose, black cherry, cherry, black tea & cedar - very nice. On palate, black cherry, cranberry primarily today with medium body, high acids and long finish. Would buy again - decant for a while if drinking now as it improved substantially with air.
