Saturday, November 22, 2014 - Obviously did not decant this for long enough, as in day one this was just rather light with pronounced acidity. Day 2, much better showing with a little more substance. tart red fruit, still lots of wood, spice, tea, mint, tobacco and a promising finish. Gased and refrigerated and tonight 4 days later this was still very solid with no signs of oxidation and perhaps even a little more enjoyable. It is hard to say where this will go but i suspect this may become a lot more interesting with some serious cellar time. Lets hope.
