Tuesday, October 12, 2021 - Perfumed floral nose. Palate is DARK, yet the primary blackberry/plum fruit is drying out. Salty/savory, almost Syrah-like.Tannins there but mellowed and in balance. Stands up well to an herb-brined chop off the grill. Not super-complex, but a tasty quaff all the same. Drink now.
