Gassed and pumped and put up in the wine cooler for 24 hour. Wow this baby really opened up. Up front fruit and full mouth feel lots of flavor. Nice long full flavor finish. Lush with
dark raspberry, licorice, cocoa powder and blackberry jam. Nice smooth tannic finish.
