Friday, March 4, 2016 - Light ruby with some turbidity. Inviting aromatics of candied red fruit and a whiff of herbs. Light to medium bodied. Brown sugar, red berry, and a coating of earth. Adequate acidity and very low residual tannin. Lovely and not too sweet. Great to drink this completely ready bottle after trying the Fourriers at the La Paulée vertical tasting earlier today.
