Tuesday, January 7, 2020 - Half. What a glorious bottle — this has been getting better and better out of half bottle over the past seven years. A quick shake to release the CO2 and then poured. Lovely bright ruby. Quite dense but fine velvet to silky texture, mid red fruit. Long and joyous. ****
