Saturday, October 10, 2020 - Very enjoyable, albeit fairly evolved. Very nice ethereal, acidic minerality, combined with stewed red fruit and just a little bit of tomato/bloody mary, beef broth savoriness. A little surprising, but quite enjoyable. Would drink, rather than hold.
