Sunday, October 18, 2020 - Slow oxed for an hour. The nose is a little modest and pinched with aroma of cherries and herbs coming through. The palate is lovely, weightless showing great finesse. Ripe red cherries, hard candy,and herbs come through caressed by silky tannins. This is really delicious and enjoyable right now albeit not particularly complex. I would drink this over the next five years.
