Sunday, October 31, 2021 - Half. Just lovely. The richness and ripeness of the vintage balanced by the Fourrier bright red fruit signature. Just starting to show some hints of development. I fear I shall finish the case before it reaches proper maturity. Some sediment in the last couple of sips’ worth. ****
